Personal data
Privacy policy
This policy explains what the website collects, why it is collected and how you can exercise your rights.
Draft dated 9 August 2026
The contractual data-protection terms for the Google account used for Forms and Sheets must be validated before publication.
1. Data controller
Controller: CL Investments, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), 10 rue Blacas, 06000 Nice, France.
Privacy contact: info@farenity.com.
2. Data processed
- identity and contact details: name, email and optional telephone number;
- property information: location, type, floor area, bedrooms, current situation and optional listing URL;
- project details: priority, desired timeline and free-text message;
- request context: originating page, UTM parameters and timestamp.
3. Purposes and legal basis
The data is used to receive and assess the request, prepare a conversation, reply to the prospect and follow up that relationship. Processing is necessary to take steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is not used for electronic marketing without a separate legal basis.
4. Required and optional fields
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to assess the request. Without them, Farenity cannot process it. Telephone number, listing link and additional message are optional.
5. Recipients and providers
Data is available only to authorised Farenity personnel and necessary providers: Hostinger for hosting and Google Forms / Google Sheets for recording and tracking enquiries. It is not sold or rented. Access to the tracking sheet must remain private and restricted to authorised users.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Farenity must verify that its account is covered by a data-processing agreement and appropriate Chapter V GDPR transfer safeguards. This verification is required before publication.
7. Retention
Prospect data is retained for as long as needed to follow up the request and for no more than three years from collection or the prospect’s last contact. If a contract begins, data needed for the agreement and legal obligations follows the retention periods applicable to those purposes.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object where that right applies. Email info@farenity.com. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
9. Security
The site uses HTTPS, limits submission size and frequency, checks request origin and applies security headers. Access to source code and the tracking sheet is restricted. The form does not request passwords or payment data.
10. Cookies and third parties
The site currently uses no advertising tracker or audience-measurement tool. Fonts are served locally. See the cookie policy for details.
11. Changes
This policy will be updated if the site’s purposes, providers or tools change. The effective version date will appear at the top of this page.
